Job Description:

Assistant to the Sales and Marketing Director, the Marketing & Events Coordinator oversees all preparations for trade show endeavors including, submitting applications to speaking events, organizing and ordering booth print media, and booking flights and lodging. Additional duties include traveling to events, assisting in booth set up, and promoting sales.

Objective:

Strives to promote and generate sales for Online Access by organizing events and networking within the industry to build lasting relationships with clients. To support the Sales and Marketing team with data and overall knowledge of products.

Job Duties
  • Provide administrative support for the Sales and Marketing Director.
  • Coordinate trade show booths, name badges, hotels, and flights
  • Create and schedule posts for social pages announcing trade shows, speaking engagements, etc.
  • Work with the social media team to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy for company.
  • Work with Graphic Designers on all print media needed for trade shows and sales.
  • Fill out applications for speaking at trade shows for President and Sales and Marketing Director.
  • Track financial investment in trade shows for ROI analysis.
  • Track receipts from trips and ensure they make it to the finance department.
  • Learn all products and services to provide support for sales.

Required Skills:

Willing & able to travel, Exceptional Organization Skills, Proficient use of Office products including Excel & Word, & Mailchimp.

Additional Preferred Skills:

Adobe Photoshop or Canva, knowledge of social media platforms is a bonus!
