Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) is an organization designed to support and serve the HVACR distribution industry. HARDI represents over 420 wholesale companies, nearly 300 manufacturing associates and nearly 100 manufacturer representatives. With the mission of making wholesale distributors the channel of choice for HVACR manufacturers and contractors. HARDI is now the single marketing and distribution resource devoted to the advancement of the science of distributing HVACR products and supplies.

Women in HVACR exists to improve the lives of our members by providing professional avenues to connect with other women growing their careers in the HVACR industry.

Along with providing a variety of information, this foundation financially assists those with links to the construction trades industry who are living with life altering disabilities. This funding has ranged from wheelchair vans to home/bath remodels and more. The founder of this organization spent 35 years in the HVAC industry, prior to being injured in a bicycle accident that left him a quadriplegic.

The mission of Service Nation is to help service contractors improve their business and financial performance, leading to a profitable exit strategy.

Conditioned Air Association of Georgia (CAAG) exists to promote and maintain the highest professional standards which provide for ethical behavior, credibility and quality of products and services, within the heating and air conditioning industry.

INWIC is an international network of organisations that promotes the role of women in the refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump (RACHP) sector, contributes to improving the professional careers of women working or studying in cooling, promotes best practices including those related to the environment, and inspires future generations of women to join this important sector.

PHCC WEST offers interactive educational sessions designed to enhance business practices, explore cutting-edge tools and technologies, and support professional development. Hands-on workshops provide industry insights, while mixers create valuable face-to-face connections to build lasting partnerships.

The convention also hosts essential business sessions, where members can vote on key policies, as well as board meetings to discuss strategies for strengthening our community. Attendees can learn more about training programs available statewide to build a skilled workforce.

TACCA is a non-profit trade association that promotes and supports the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry in Texas. We work to give our members the tools they need to succeed in the industry.

The South Carolina Association of Licensed Trades is dedicated to elevating the levels of competence, professionalism and success of businesses and their employees that operate within the licensed trades industry in South Carolina to the benefit of the consumer. For this organization “licensed trades” includes individuals within a business that have taken and passed a skilled trade licensing exam by SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.

The Air Conditioning Association (ACA/NE) is a not-for-profit trade association that represents heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration contractors in the six New England States.
